Loading Google Map as Base Map

  1. Open QGIS and go to Plugins -> Manage and Install Plugins ...





  2. Search for “QuickMapServices”.





  3. Install the “QuickMapServices” plugin.





  4. Go to Web -> QuickMapServices -> Search QMS.





  5. Search for “google maps”.





  6. Double click on “Google Maps” and the map will be added as a layer.
